When I get set up in my blind during a hunt, the challenge is to be quietly and purposefully patient and when the opportunity comes, extremely accurate. The payoff is a bounty that I get to share with family and friends. I find my approach to hunting is a similar approach I take as a Chief Estimator.”

Ray has 30+ years of experience in the construction industry and was a carpenter before he started training as an estimator. Ray is responsible for the annual sales of Commercial Interiors. He manages the creation of comprehensive budgets and estimating pricing changes for each project. He also manages the relationship with the Project Management team to ensure a smooth transition during the job turnover process.
