Greyhound is a ground-up construction of a new bus terminal with associated site and infrastructure work. The project included phased demolition of the existing terminal, a helical pile and concrete grade beam foundation system, a pre-engineered metal building with an all glass main façade, an integral restaurant, as well as an on-site fuel pumping system. The project was built in four (4) phases while keeping the existing bus terminal operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
