This project is the new construction of a 1.8 million SF ultramodern gaming complex. The scope of work included a 340,000 SF gaming arena, a 4,300-car parking garage, and 4 signature restaurants. The complex also features the Rams Head Center Live Entertainment Complex. Commercial Construction expertly managed the completion of this casino 13 months from groundbreaking to opening and achieved 41% MBE participation on the total contract.
