This project is a 241,457 SF, five-story, state-of-the-art multi-specialty medical center and a 345,000 SF, six-story parking garage with 1,270 surface and structured parking spaces. The project is designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Our scope of work includes specialty work such as acoustical plaster, wood ceilings, wood wall panels, wall protection, and lead-lined board drywall.
