This project is a new construction with 321 apartments and 2 levels of underground parking. This 14-story building has 10,000 SF of amenity space, including a rooftop pool and outdoor penthouse area, a fitness center, a multistory lobby with lounge space, and work pods. The scope of work includes cold-formed metal framing, sheathing, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, FRP wall panels, doors & hardware, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry. 40 Patterson is designed for LEED Certification.
