This high-rise residential tower features 300 units, three parking levels, 23,000 SF retail space, a modern lounge, and penthouse amenities. Our scope of work included light gauge metal framing for the exterior and interior, thermal and sound insulation, drywall, and finishing. The contract was worth $7 million. LEED Gold certification.
