4 MLK is new construction of an eight-story, 266,000 SF Class A laboratory/office building. It is the newest BioPark facility and is sited as the gateway entrance to the University of Maryland Baltimore BioPark. The facility will offer flexible labs, offices, support space, a two-story convening space, and a conference center – designed to achieve Gold LEED certification. The contract was worth $2,600,000.
