Commercial Construction Completes Hamilton Townhome Apartments

This 40,000 SF project is a ground-up wood-frame construction consisting of a 3-building complex of garden-style apartments arranged around a central green space and submerged gravel wetland. The scope of work also includes a stormwater management pond system. The 42 market-rate apartments are modern and spacious, with tall ceilings and large windows that let in lots of natural light.
