Commercial Interiors Completes Interior Finishes at 4MLK

Commercial Interiors is very proud of our team for their excellent craftsmanship on the new 4MLK Building in the University of Maryland Bio Park. The building is located at the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and Baltimore St. 4MLK is the newest addition to the campus; an eight-story, 266,000 SF Class A laboratory and office building. The facility will offer flexible labs, offices, support space, a two-story convening space, and a conference center Commerical Interiors provided the framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings, specialty wood ceilings, baffle ceilings, toilet accessories, firestop, rough carpentry, bumper rail, corner guards, and door & hardware installation.
