“I AM a proud grandfather. My grandson is an aspiring DJ and a source of inspiration for various genres of music. I have developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and emotions music invokes whether EDM, jazz, R&B, or rock. Led by my grandson’s passion for music, together we have traveled to meet and greets and music concerts. My greatest passion is my grandson. He is the light and joy of my life.”

Alvin came with 21 years of experience from Encore Development Corporation in construction and project job cost accounting. There he attained experience on projects such as single-family homes, townhomes, high rise apartment buildings, high rise commercial buildings, high rise condominium buildings, and hotels. Alvin was also involved with real estate development and property management. He also served as a revenue accountant and job cost analyst at an international engineering EPC company, Kvaerner Process, out of Norway.
