“I AM a Mountaineer. Since college, my passion has been to build a family with my high school sweetheart. Our family of 6 bleeds gold and blue. We watch any and all West Virginia University Mountaineer sports, whether at in-person games in Morgantown or on the couch, cheering as loud as possible. Nothing is more important to me than spending as much time as possible with my family and simply cherishing the moments that pass us by.”

Luke has over 13 years of experience in construction, encompassing heavy civil projects to site development. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, Luke has worked on highway and bridge projects in the Northern Virginia area, was a part of the runway replacement project on Andrews AFB, and multiple wet and dry utility projects in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area. While working in construction, Luke attended Florida International University and earned an MBA in Construction Management.

Luke brings his background to Commercial Utilities as the VP of Preconstruction Services. He is responsible for developing long-lasting relationships and leading preconstruction activities to ensure a smooth transition to field operations.
