Tom attended High School at The Baltimore Polytechnic Institute.  He studied Physics at Susquehanna University and University of Maryland.  Tom has 30 plus years of experience in vertical and horizontal construction as well as land development.  Tom brings to the team broad knowledge and experience in infrastructure and underground utilities in the areas of Electrical Ductbank, Gas, Water, Sewer, Storm Drain as well as Storm Water Management.
