400 K Street now named Lydian Apartments is a new 14-story apartment building with 324 units and 13,400 SF retail space. This building features a fitness center, dog spa, pool, green roofs and outdoor grilling areas. The scope of work for this building includes drywall, acoustical ceilings, light gauge framing, and carpentry.
