The multi-million development features Video Lottery Terminals, table games, and a World Series of Poker room. A 20,000 SF “Baltimore Marketplace” features authentic Charm City food outlets, premier restaurants, and several bars and lounges. Commercial Construction was the general contracting partner with Whiting-Turner on this major Baltimore development project.
