The project consists of eighty-four (84) wood frame apartment units constructed as forty-two (42) one-over-one three story townhomes. Each 1,800 SF unit comprises of 1 ½ levels of the building. There is a complimentary 8,500 SF commercial incubator building included as part of the overall campus.

The loan for this new construction, multi-family project was secured by CDA/HUD.
