The Stacks Building B was a new construction of a mixed-use residential building, 317,000 SF. Building B is one of three residential buildings in the area that has shared amenities and garage parking. The building features multiple styles of units to choose from. Some amenities include a fitness center, lounge area, golf simulator, and a penthouse event space. It was designed to achieve a Gold LEED Certification.

Our scope of work included metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, plaster, specialty ceilings, fabric wall panels, doors & hardware, firestop, rough carpentry, toilet partitions, and toilet accessories. The contract was worth $9,400,000.00.
