UA TMB2 is new construction of a 5 story, CLT structure building. It’s a 263,310 SF Type-IV-C building. It serves as Under Armour’s new headquarters and offers a retail store, cafeteria, offices, spin room, fitness center, and conference rooms. It was designed to achieve a Platimum LEED certification.

Our scope of work included metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, plaster, specialty ceilings, fabric wall panels, doors & hardware, firestop, rough carpentry, toilet partitions and toilet accessories. The contract was worth $8,042,700.00.
