University of MD Medical Center (UMMC) Midtown Campus Outpatient Tower is new construction of a ten-story, 212,000 SF outpatient center with a five-level parking garage. The facility will provide primary care services and specialty care for chronic conditions and health education, lifestyle management, and behavioral health programs—designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
